KRS offers a challenging and rewarding environment for people who are serious about high-quality development work and constant learning. We’re a company for grown-ups: there is no hand-holding, no hovering, no micromanaging and no bullying. We make sure our staff are well trained, provide plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills, and encourage people to manage themselves and their own time effectively. We don’t, for example, prescribe how you may use the Internet – although our tradition of transparency does mean that everyone’s Facebook stats occasionally get published. We also publish our financial statements (you’ll find them on the fridge) AND offer a workshop on how to understand them.

We also offer daily healthy lunches (we know what developers would eat otherwise!), an honesty system for snacks, and free drinks on Fridays.

Project Managers (Cape Town)
Strong people and technical skills combined with an understanding of Delphi, SQL or C#.
