RoomSeeker is Africa's premier Game Park management and bookings system.

RoomSeeker™ is our comprehensive Enterprise Hospitality and Property management package. The resort and hotel management system includes a centralised call centre booking module and a fully featured front desk system.

Our largest implementation is for South African National Parks (SANParks), which uses a custom version of RoomSeeker to manage the booking and itineraries of all its visitors. SANParks has around 17,000 beds in about 50 rest camps and 30 camping sites across 21 national parks in South Africa.

RoomSeeker was developed in conjunction with the hospitality industry, and is an industry leader in Itinerary and Reservation management.

RoomSeeker's reservations functionality is now accessible to the public via a real-time online booking system from the SANParks Homepage. KRS has applied our expertise to ensure that the web site copes with sudden demand, and integrates in real time with the call centre availability module.

The hospitality trade can integrate with RoomSeeker through our service-oriented architecture (SOA) interface.
